A little-known verse from a popular hymn titled “A Mighty Fortress Is Our God.” This is the third verse and just read those great lyrics. What a great reminder that one Word from the Lord will take down the devil. We do not need to fear the devil as long as we have God on our side.

A quote from Pam’s book that reminds us that it is time to get back to the Old-Fashioned Way. The craziness of this world has no place in God’s church, but compromise seems to be the way many of the modern churches are going. Let’s get back to that Old-Fashioned Way!

It is not always easy to get up after a stumble. I am sure most of us would attest to that. I have wanted to give up numerous times, but God was always there to bring me back. One of the hardest things to remember is that God wants you back! If you have stumbled and are down and out right now, get back up, ask God for forgiveness, dust yourself off, and move forward!

This world is full of chaos and strife. Our song of the week, recorded live at Coffield Unit in Texas, tells us just how to handle the things of this world in the last days. Hold on tight and pray both day and night. There is no doubt that this world will not last much longer. Hold on tight … and trust God! That is our advice to you this week!

What a thought! God died for you. He took your place on the cross. He took your sins upon Himself. Because of that, when God looks at you, He sees Christ … He took the penalty of your sin.
