Hello Friends,

As you may know, “Leaving On My Mind” is a popular song written several years ago by Rusty Goodman.  Of course, the song talks of how we, as Christians, are always looking forward to the day when God calls us Home.

In this case, Leaving On Our Mind is a little play on the words of that song title as we get ready to embark on our journey to the western part of our great country.  We are leaving very early in the morning on Friday, March 6th and heading to Bath, NY for two concerts and then on to Elmira, NY for a concert on Saturday.  Details of these concert are available on our website.

From Elmira we will begin our journey out west.  We appreciate your prayers as we travel and as we minister to those folks that God places in our path. We believe that God has something amazing in store for Final Harvest on this tour and we are excited to have you on board as our prayer partners.

May God Bless You and we hope to see you soon!

Blessings,

Final Harvest

Alpha and Omega Christian Bookstore, Mission Share, Michele Feathers and Gates Assembly of God have just partnered with Final Harvest in supplying such generous provisions for the mission trip out west. Not only will we be able to minister in word and song, but we will be able to give away Bibles, Sunday school and vacation Bible school material, christian music, Bible studies and readers, coloring books, crayons and salvation bracelets!!!! Folks, this is a huge blessing and miracle!!!

Hello Friends!

Those three words are what Final Harvest attempts to do at each concert. There is a song that has a line in it that says; “the pleasure is mine but the Glory goes to You.”  The “You” in that song refers to Christ.  What the song says is that it is our pleasure to serve the Lord but everything we do, we do for the Glory of God.

We are preparing for our annual tour out west again and we are excited to be leaving in a couple of days.  As we step on the various stages on this tour, our sincere prayer is that you see Christ and His Message through us.  We are not going to hear your applause for us or for you tell us how great we are at singing or how nice we look. We are looking forward to seeing and visiting with you but our purpose in going is to evangelize, encourage and energize.

We enjoyed two wonderful worship services at First Baptist Church in Venice, FL this morning. We sang a couple of songs in each service and we were blessed by the wonderful message from Pastor Tom on “Ambition.”

Final Harvest will have the entire service tonight so if you are in the Venice, FL area tonight, come on out at 6 pm! We would love to meet you!!!!

I mentioned in a previous post that Final Harvest spent some time at the beach!  Well, Pamela Warren snapped a photo of this pelican on Jansen Beach in Stuart, FL.  We had a wonderful and relaxing time and are ready to continue our concerts here in the great state of Florida!

We had an amazing time at North Fort Myers Church of the Nazarene this morning. God moved through the songs and especially during “There Is A River” as people began to come forward to the altar and seek the Lord to meet the needs in their lives.

After a lunch stop at Burger King, we are now on the road and headed for Stuart, FL where we have a concert at The Place at Stuart at 2:30 pm.

We look forward to that and seeing what God has in store there!!!!!

Blessings,

Scott
